2/11/11- I am so excited to be participateing in the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week fall 2011!
Paul Reynolds, owner of easihair, invited me to participate behind the scenes of one the biggest fahion events in the world. Apparently, easihair has gotten quite the reputation for providing awesome hair extensions for this extroardinary show. Jennifer Edwards, Director of Education at easihair, says" hairdressers drool over the easilengths."
As the inventor of what is now easilengths tape in hair extensions, I am proud to have this opportunity to see something I help create in action. WOW! I mean really?
I just watched the above video and it gave me chills. I have close up pics that Jen gave me of Gwen Stefani from the 2010 September show. I can't believe I will be rubbing elbows with designers like Gwen, Betsey Johnson, Badgley Mischka, and Jenni Kayne!
I will be there supporting and documeting the Redken Design Team. I will have full freedom to walk around and interview the leaders in the hair industry. I am really excited to meet Rodney Cutler, Peter Gray, and Sarh Potempa.
Don't worry, I am brining my hd video camera and plan to record it all! I want you to feel what it's like to be backstage and NYC Fashion Week.
Now, the question of the hour is, "What am I going to wear?".
